Razer Orochi: Black Chrome Edition

Razer Orochi Black Chrome

Ownership of Razer gear is not just a bold statement of intent to dominate the game. It is the appreciation for perfection of form and function. None exemplifies this more than the Razer Orochi – its curvaceous body belying its uncompromising performance.

This time we’re turning the temperature up another notch.

Sporting an irresistible coat of black chrome, the Razer Orochi’s contours dovetail majestically with its new metallic sheen.

Supreme in its performance and seductive in its presence, the Razer Orochi Black Chrome Edition thrives in its ability to keep its poise and class in the thickest of action.

And the soaps go to….

You came. You saw. You submitted your entries. Clichés aside, we now have the winners of the Razer Orochi soaps in our metaphorical hands. Thank you to everyone who flooded our emails with your tales of pwnage, adventure and personal hygiene. You have contributed to many a sleepless night to one of our office staff who had endless contest entries pinging him on his Blackberry. It’s ok though, no one really likes him anyway.

But I digress.

So here they are. The 5 chosen ones who will bring peace to all mankind. Or at least a nice shower. Expect something in your mailbox soon!

Camille Delefosse – “The place I would take my Orochi soap mouse is Lille, in the north of France : We’ve been planning a gaming contest this summer and what a better 1st price than a shower in the main square’s fountain.”

Oh Camille, are you sure people would want to join your contest now?

Stephen Artman – “I would take this soap to the backstage VIP section of Conan O’Brien’s performance.  Conan would ask me whether that was a soap replica of a Razer Orochi mouse in my pocket, or if I was just happy to see him.  I would unleash the mouse from my pocket, and the magnitude of Conan’s gasp would cause his skin to turn a healthy tan color.”

Another point for Team Coco.

Matt Voigt – “I would bring my Orochi soap to a gaming convention and meet “Soap” from CoD MW2 and then I would let him try it and see how he likes it!”

Of course he would like it. He’s a man of ownage.

Steve Haren – “If I win this Orochi, I will give it to my dad to use for the laptop in his police cruiser. As strange as it sounds, he likes to play WoW on it when he is on break.”

Proof that policemen do their fair share of raiding.

Ashwin Raghuraman – “I am involved with a charity group that goes to the deep Himalayas in Lei/Ladhak India. In the month of August 2010 I am making this long voyage once again, to one of the many Ladhaki villages, and as a token of our gratitude and affection we are giving them a computer, Razer Mamba and Razer Lachesis, and many games including CSS, Warcraft 3, Starcraft and Halflife 2. After seeing the article about the Orochi soap models, I have decided that if I win, I will take it to Ladhak India to use it in the remote Himalayas, so where ever I go I will still maintain my attitude about pwning all noobs, and showing the locals what I am really about, gaming.

Ashwin, that entry was not only extremely long but also heartfelt. For being like the Mother Theresa of Gaming, you deserve this bar of soap! Spread the love!

The Amazing Razer Orochi Soap Giveaway

Look what arrived at our office today! It’s a Razer Orochi soap replica.

Some of you may be slapping yourselves now thinking “did they just say Orochi soap??” Put your abusive hands down and listen up. We have teamed up with the fantastic people at DigitalSoaps to bring you this one of a kind soap/mouse mish-mash just for you. (Did someone say collector’s item?)

A little backgrounder on DigitalSoaps. They’re the amazing 1 man (or should I say, woman) team made up of the charming Chrystal Doucette who has a great love for videogames. Over the years, she has played tons of videogames and also developed a hobby in making custom made soaps for her friends. What better way to pursue both hobbies than to create gaming soaps?

DigitalSoaps’ current range of products includes vintage Super NES controllers, Space Invader ummm… Invaders and uber cool Xbox 360 controllers.

And now, to the main event – the Razer Orochi soap replica! It’s scented with the very masculine Dragon’s Blood scent, guaranteed to make you smell like you just came out of a death defying raid in a dragon’s lair. Conan will have nothing on you. One whiff of the scent and womenfolk will be all over you for the alpha male you are.

“Why isn’t Razer being kind to us to give us some freebies? Are they cheap people?” you may ask.

How dare you! Of course we’re ever so charitable. This article is called “The Amazing Razer Orochi Soap Giveaway” is it not? We have organized a contest for you peeps who are clamoring for this one of a kind product. Win one to shower with, to freshen up your shoe rack or better yet, display it at home and never let anyone touch it. Ever. That’s what snooty collectors do right?

Extra points for pictures but please keep the nudity to yourself. We have very gentle eyes.
